Mel One Property Maintenance Pty Ltd handles Melbourne plumbing enquiries made through this website. When you use the quote form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, suburb, property type, requested service, timing and job details you supply. You may attach up to three photos. If you call or email instead, we receive the information you choose to share that way. Please leave payment-card details, identity documents and unrelated sensitive information out of a repair request.

How the quote form is delivered

The Melbourne plumbing form submits to a Mel One receiving service at melonewaterproofing.com.au. That service checks the request and sends the details and any attached photos through Resend to the business recipients configured for plumbing enquiries. The form also passes a reference ID and basic source information, such as the page where you started and a campaign or referral source, so the team can follow up the request. If delivery fails, the site gives you direct phone and email options.

We use your details to review the problem, check whether the work fits the service, discuss an inspection or repair, and keep the related correspondence. Relevant information may be given to the person assessing or carrying out the plumbing work when needed for your request. The messages and attachments are held in the business email and delivery systems; we do not sell enquiry information.

Website measurement and other services

Google Analytics measures page use and actions such as phone, email, quote and Google Business Profile clicks. Session storage remembers basic enquiry-source information during your browser session. These services may process browser or technical information, including identifiers; we do not intentionally include your message or contact details in custom analytics events. Google and email delivery providers may process information outside Australia.
