Water under the sink or inside a cupboard
Drips from a trap, a wet cupboard base or water around a hose can involve the sink waste, drain fittings, isolation valve or an accessible supply connection. We handle repairs and replacement enquiries for these kitchen plumbing connections; the source and condition of adjoining fittings need checking first.
Tell Felix which cupboard is wet and whether water appears all the time, when the tap runs or when the sink drains. Mention any recent mixer or dishwasher work. Cabinet repairs are a separate item unless included in the agreed scope.
Kitchen plumbing →A toilet keeps refilling, flushes poorly or leaks at a connection
Running toilets, faulty inlet or outlet valves, leaking cisterns and visible pan connections are within our toilet repair enquiry scope. The affected mechanism and fitting condition determine whether a repair or replacement is suitable.
Describe whether water runs into the bowl between flushes, the flush is weak or water appears outside the toilet. Mention the toilet model if known and where you can see a drip; a photo of the cistern or connection is useful if available.
Toilet repairs →A visible pipe or joint is damaged or keeps leaking
A cracked pipe, corroded fitting or repeated leak at a known joint may need a local repair or replacement of an accessible section. We assess the pipe material, surrounding condition and access before deciding how much needs replacing.
Tell us where the failed section is, whether the leak is constant and whether it has been repaired before. Mention any cupboard, wall or ground access restrictions. If you cannot identify the leaking pipe or joint, use the leak repairs enquiry below first.
Pipe repair & replacement →There is a damp patch, but the source is unclear
A wet wall, stained ceiling or unexplained moisture does not by itself identify a broken pipe. We start with the visible signs and accessible plumbing connections to discuss the next check. Concealed sources may need specialist locating or opening work before a repair can be planned.
Describe where the patch appears, when it started, whether it changes after using a fixture or after rain, and whether it is spreading. If safe and available, send a wider photo and a close-up. You can call first without photos.
